One of the most popular automobiles of all time made its debut at the 1964 World’s Fair in New York City, and the 2005 model was the first real modern attempt by Ford to recapture the mystique of the original. Ford really nailed the 2005 Mustang’s retro-influenced design, which displayed just the right amount of nostalgia that both aging baby boomers as well as more youthful buyers seemed to like.
